Delete your data

You can delete the data Skyroclip holds about you at any time, including data received from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube.

1. Disconnect a social account

In the app (https://app.skyroclip.com), open “My accounts” and click “Remove” next to the account. Its access tokens are deleted immediately.

You can also remove Skyroclip from Facebook (Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites) or Instagram (Settings > Apps and websites). We then delete the related tokens.

2. Delete your Skyroclip account

Email [email protected] from your account's address (or include your username if you signed in with Facebook or TikTok) with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete your account, social accounts, tokens and clips within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data we are legally required to keep (invoices, payment history) is kept for the legal period, then deleted.
